We require all returns to be made within 14 days of purchase date and must include all labels and receipts. Customer receives a full refund of the purchase price of the unused and undamaged product if returned within 14 days of the invoice date. All sales are final after 14 days. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning products.

We require 24 hours notice prior to the lesson start time of your lesson to change or cancel the booking or you will be charged a fee before we rebook you for another lesson.
Lesson vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Please contact us prior to the expiry date if you wish to extend the expiry date. Lesson vouchers are not refundable.
